Funds are applied to a member’s account as flights and authorized travel services are arranged on that member’s behalf.
We believe clients deserve to know how their money is handled before they entrust us with it. Upon request, we will explain the structure used to safeguard JetSetter funds, how funds are applied to flights, and the terms governing any unused balance.
